বাঁধাকপির চাহিদা    বিশ্ববাজারে বাঁধাকপির চাহিদা দিন দিন বেড়েই চলছে   এইজন্য বাঁধাকপির রপ্তানিবাজার ক্রমান্বয়ে বড় হচ্ছে । বাঁধাকপির এই রপ্তানি বাজার তৈরি হতে থাকে সেই 2016 থেকে । এই বাঁধাকপি চলতি বছরে বিপুল পরিমাণ রপ্তানি হয়েছে ।  অন্যান্যদের তুলনায় মেহেরপুরের চাষিরা বাঁধাকপি রপ্তানিতে এগিয়ে আছে । স্বল্প বিনিয়োগে অধিক লাভের আশায় অনেক চাষিরা এখন বাঁধাকপি চাষ বেছে নিয়েছে ।  মেহেরপুরের চাষিরা অধিক আগ্রহ দেখাচ্ছে এ বাঁধাকপি উৎপাদনে । মান ভালো হওয়ায় এ বাঁধাকপির চাহিদা বিদেশে দিনকে দিন বেড়েই চলছে ।  2016 সালে কিছু কৃষক এই রপ্তানিকারক সংগঠনের সাথে চুক্তিবদ্ধ হয় । বেশিরভাগ সময় সিঙ্গাপুর ও মালয়েশিয়ায় এই বাঁধাকপি গুলো রপ্তানি করা হতো ।  নতুন করে এই তালিকায় যুক্ত হয়েছে নতুন আরেকটি দেশ সেটি হল তাইওয়ান । মান ভাল এবং বিষমুক্ত হওয়ায় এ বাঁধাকপির গুলোর চাহিদা দিন দিন বাড়ছে এসব দেশগুলোতে ।  দিন দিন চাহিদা বাড়ার কারণে এই সবজি চাষে চাষিরা অনেক আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করছে । এই সবজি চাষে বিঘা প্রতি খরচ হচ্ছে 20 থেকে 25 হাজার টাকা ।  আর সেই ...
